These terms cover your use of CherCounts. By signing in, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Notice.

What CherCounts is

CherCounts is an online study aid for Singapore G2 and G3 Principles of Accounts. It is a revision tool, not official examination material. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors — always check against your syllabus and your teacher.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless and personal to you. Please use your own email address, and do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your account.

Using the content

The notes, questions, walkthroughs and other content are for your own personal revision. Please do not copy, share, post, or redistribute them. Every page is watermarked and traceable to the account that viewed it (see the Privacy Notice).

If content is shared

Because the content is traceable, we may suspend or remove an account that shares or redistributes it.

What it costs

CherCounts is free to use at the moment. We may introduce paid access in future. If we do, we will tell you before it affects you, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

Availability

CherCounts is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or stop parts of it at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use CherCounts means you accept the current version. If a change would introduce charges, that is the one thing continuing to use CherCounts is not enough to accept — we will tell you in advance and ask you to agree first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
